These terms apply when you use vamorastudio.com or purchase products from Vamora Studio. They should be read together with our Shipping Information, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

Products
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary slightly because of screen settings and manufacturing batches. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for checking product details and selecting the appropriate size or option before ordering.
Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailability or delivery restrictions. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges, if any, are displayed before payment. We may correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order. Payment is processed by the payment methods available at checkout.
Delivery
Estimated processing and delivery times are set out on our Shipping Information page. Products may be sent by third-party fulfilment partners and an order may arrive in separate parcels. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person identified by you to receive them.
Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Our voluntary 30-day return process is described on the Returns & Refunds page. UK consumers also have statutory rights, including rights relating to distance-sale cancellation and goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Those rights are not restricted by these terms.
Promotions
Discount codes and promotions may be subject to separate conditions, availability and end dates. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined or applied retrospectively.
Acceptable website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, infringe intellectual property rights, scrape the store in a way that disrupts it, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
