30-Day Returns Policy

You may tell us that you wish to cancel and return an eligible item within 30 days of receiving it. This voluntary 30-day period is longer than the minimum cancellation period provided by UK law.

How to request a return

Email support@vamorastudio.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything. Do not return goods to the sender address shown on the parcel unless we specifically confirm that address.

After notifying us, send the item back within 14 days. Items should be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop.

Return postage

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly. Where the law requires it, we will cover reasonable return costs and provide the appropriate remedy.

Refunds

We will refund eligible returned goods within 14 days of receiving them back, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Where required by law, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Extra costs for an upgraded delivery option are not refundable.

We may reduce a refund if handling beyond what is reasonably necessary has diminished the value of the goods.

Exceptions

Cancellation rights may not apply to personalised or made-to-order goods, perishable goods, or sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed. Your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are not affected.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest option is normally to return the original item and place a new order after the return has been approved.
