UK Shipping Information

Processing time

Orders are normally reviewed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been handed to the delivery network.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery to the United Kingdom is normally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. During peak periods, severe weather, carrier disruption or customs processing, delivery may take longer.

Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the order being accepted. If we cannot do so, please contact us so that we can provide the options available under UK consumer law.

Shipping charges

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50. Shipping charges for orders of £50 or less are shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Carriers and split deliveries

Because products may be fulfilled by different delivery partners, the carrier can vary by order and items from the same order may arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged extra solely because an order is split into multiple parcels.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the dispatch email will contain a tracking number or link. Tracking information can take several business days to update after dispatch.

Incorrect address, delays or missing parcels

Please check your delivery address before completing payment. If you notice an error, email support@vamorastudio.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has started.

If tracking has not updated for several days or an order is substantially delayed, contact us with your order number so that we can investigate with the delivery partner. Your statutory rights are not affected.
